About Stitches Steel and Stone
Stitches, Steel and Stone is my small business that I own and love. I have been making and selling crafts for over 25 years, using old Singer sewing machines. I started sewing at the age of five with my Grandma as my teacher. Her 1940 machine is still my favorite to use, almost 40 years later. I learned as a teenager that I could make stuffed animals to sell and then buy clothing. Over the years my items have changed and improved. My favorite items are my ornaments that I personalize. There is no additional charge to have name/and or year embroidered on your ornaments. I make over 100 different ornaments.
